FAQ

How do I book?: Pick your date, time, and option right on the shoot's page, and book there. That's it.
What can I pay with?: Major cards — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, and UnionPay. Everything's charged in Korean won (KRW).
When am I charged?: At the time you book — your date and crew are held for you right away.
Is the price I see the final price?: Yes. Every price includes VAT — what you see is what you pay.
My travel dates aren't open yet.: We open dates on a rolling basis, roughly a month ahead. If yours isn't up yet, it will be soon — check back a little closer to your trip.
We're more than four. Can you still shoot us?: Our group shoots are made for three or four, but tell us your numbers — we'll put together a custom shoot.

When and how many photos will I get?: Everything — your originals and the retouched edits — lands in your ttae cloud within 7 business days. How many retouched depends on your option; you'll see the exact count on each shoot's page.
Can I post my photos?: Of course — they're yours to keep and share, wherever you like.
Will you use my photos?: Only with your permission. We feature guests in Moments and on our channels only when they've said yes.
